CHOPSTICKS the Chinese hamster is looking for a new place to call home.

The furry little creature is about seven months old and would prefer to live alone as this is how he has been brought up.

He can be a little nervous, but with regular handling he will make a friendly pet for an experienced owner.

Chopsticks will need a cage or tank filled with bedding for him to snuggle up in, and he likes to nibble on apples and carrots.

Full dietary and care advice will be given upon adoption.

STARescue currently has a large number of cats also needing homes.
