A SCIENCE lecturer from Old Basing is publishing her first collection of poems.
Karen J. Jones, of Cavalier Road, is set to publish Chasing Dreams next month.
The collection comprises a blend of autobiographical experiences, observations and humour.
The 48-year-old, a lecturer for The Open University and a former teacher at several north Hampshire secondary schools, said her poetry covers a wide range of topics.
Mrs Jones added: "It will appeal to the young and old, those requiring amusement, the cynical or those who enjoy the patterns of poetry."
