THIEVES stole a laptop computer, cameras and cash during a burglary at a community hall.
Raiders broke in to the hall by removing a panel of glass from a window to the rear of Norden Community Centre, in Forsythia Walk, Oakridge, Basingstoke, between 7pm on Sunday, October 5, and 7am on Monday, October 6.
Pc Kate Towerton, of Basingstoke police, said: "A lot of damage was caused to the hall, which meant a day surgery and nursery had to shut for the day.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area on Sunday night."
Anyone with information should contact Pc Towerton at Basingstoke police station, on 0845 045 4545, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
