THE chief executive of an Enham-based charity has been shortlisted for an award recognising business leadership.

Heath Gunn, chief executive officer (CEO) of disability charity Enham Trust, has been shortlisted in the CEO Today Awards, United Kingdom 2018.

The awards, organised by CEO Today magazine, recognises strong, innovative and forward-thinking leadership among CEOs and business leaders operating in the UK.

Since coming into his post at the charity in December 2016, Heath has led the trust through a well-documented series of changes after the charity experienced a turbulent period including significant financial issues.

Heath said: “The last couple of years have been an amazing journey.

“The changes we have made have only been possible through the dedication and commitment of our fantastic staff and volunteers.

“As Enham Trust approaches its centenary year, we look forward to another 100 years supporting disabled people to live the lives they choose.”

The winner of the CEO Today Awards will be announced on Thursday next week.
