DAMIEN Patrick Smith, 35, of Winterthur Way, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to making phone calls, sending text messages to another person as well as contacting their father to request messages be passed on when he was prohibited from doing so between January 1, 2018 and April 24, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

TRACY Joanne Donnelly, 43, of Cliddesden Road, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to attempting to steal two bottles of wine from Sainsbury’s in The Malls on July 30, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to harassing a police officer on the same day. Fined a further £80.

STEVEN Brill, 50, of Glamis Close, Oakley. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, whilst using a handheld mobile phone on September 15, 2017. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £50 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

ZYGIMANTAS Butvilas, 32, of Wilson Crescent, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on July 14, 2018. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

LOUISE Gilluley, 20, of Tallis Gardens, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on November 4, 2017 and December 15, 2017. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Rae-Smith, 42, of Warton Road, South View. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 27, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £75 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another person with the intention to cause harassment on the same date. Fined a further £100.

LEE Millership, 39, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Rover, while not wearing a seatbelt on January 22, 2018. Fined £220. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

ZOE Lawrence, 38, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing bananas and alcohol from Marks and Spencers to the value of £12.20 on July 2, 2017. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

MARIE Lynette Hubbard, 44, of Evesham Walk, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot, while under the influence of alcohol on May 18, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year and two months.

JAMIE McSeveny, 27, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a wrap of class B drugs, namely cannabis, on March 15, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

MICHAEL James Keens, 27, of Hazel Coppice, Hook. Pleaded guilty to going into a public area without good reason with a bladed article, namely a knife, on April 26, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
