THESE are the masked individuals police would like to speak to after two burglaries at sixth form colleges in north Hampshire.

Sometime between 6am and 7am on Saturday, 7 July, there was a break in at Queen Mary’s College, in Cliddesden Road, Basingstoke, with cash stolen and damage was caused to several windows and doors.

Then, between 11.35pm on Sunday, 8 July and 12.05am on Monday, 9 July, window of a building at Farnborough College of Technology was smashed and cash stolen.

At this stage, police are treating the two incidents as linked.

Officers have also released a CCTV image of two men they would like to speak to about these burglaries.

Detective Constable Amanda Wallis said: “We appreciate the image is not of the greatest quality, but we would like to hear from anyone who saw these two men at either college at the relevant times.

“Perhaps you recognise the clothing in the image, particularly the distinctive-looking top?

“We are doing everything we can to find the people responsible. If you have any information, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem to you, please get in touch.”

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting 44180254669 for the QMC incident or 44180257086 regarding Farnborough College of Technology.
