UPDATE 14:41: The tree has now been cleared and traffic has eased.

MOTORISTS on the M3 Northbound have been experiencing delays this morning after a fallen tree has blocked off one of the lanes.
One of the lanes between junction six at Basingstoke and junction five at Hook due to the fallen tree blocking one of the lanes.
There is congestion to junction seven, and the A339 Ringway East is also backed up onto the A33. A crew is currently on the way to the scene to clear the tree.
The delays are currently predicted to be at about 30 minutes delay.
