ST. MICHAEL’S Hospice is staging a Recruitment Open Day on Saturday, 7 July from 10am to 2pm.
The hospice is recruiting registered nurses and health care assistants and would like to invite anyone interested to come and have a look around the hospice in Aldermaston Road.
Guests can enjoy a cup of tea while meeting staff who will be able to answer any questions about working in a hospice.
The hospice cared for over 260 patients admitted to the Inpatient Unit last year and 27 per cent of those patients returned home after having treatment.
In addition, the Community Palliative Care Team cared for a further 350 people in their homes.
