OVER 1,200 people enjoyed the sunshine and took in the sights of the third All in the Mind Festival.
The event, which is organised by Fluid Motion Theatre Company, is designed to raise a conversation around mental health.
Leigh Johnstone, artistic director at Fluid Motion Theatre Company, said: “We were really pleased with how the event went, we had fantastic acts, community groups and artists being enjoyed by an incredible number of people.
“We had around 40 acts throughout the day’s event. There were spoken word artists, acting groups, and dance performances. There were many great local acts and we’re really pleased with how it went for everybody.” The festival has grown from being held in an office building on the first occasion, to now taking over Eastrop Park.
The organisers are hoping to make it a weekend-long event next year, and will be giving it a wellbeing focus.
Pictures from the event are published in today's Gazette.
