BENJAMIN Graham John, 44, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to committing fraud, namely using a stolen debit card to purchase food, on April 28, 2018. Ordered to pay £27.56 in compensation and £20 costs.

JEFFERSON Bogonko Ogoti, 34, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on November 29, 2018. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

ANDREW Paul Postins, 32, of Cleaver Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Vivaro, without due care or attention on March 11, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to causing an accident which occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle on the same date. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

GEORGE Charlie Austin, 23, of Cheviot Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Fiesta, without reasonable consideration to other road users on January 4, 2018. MARK Wright, 41, of Ferndown Close, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Zafira, without the relevant insurance policy on November 11, 2018. Fined £550 and ordered to pay £55 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

PETER David Shillingford, 56, of Camfield Close, Basingstoke. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Transit, whilst under the influence of alcohol on December 24, 2017. Fined £1,038 and ordered to pay £103 victim surcharge and £775 in costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and six months.

TRACY Joanne Donnelly, 43, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using a fake prescription to falsely gain access to drugs from Superdrug on March 29, 2018. Sentenced to 28 days in jail.

MULENGA Chileshe, 26, of Aldermaston Road, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Toyota Aygo, whilst under the influence of alcohol on February 3, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and four months.

ALAN James Fry, 31, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to damaging a window belonging to South Western Railway with the intention to destroy it on May 23, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 costs.

CHANTELLE Louise Malcolm, 24, of Priestley Road, Houndmills. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat products to the value of £101.38 from the Co-op on May 11, 2018. Ordered to pay £50.69 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to stealing bedding and groceries from the B&M Store in Worting Road on April 14, 2018. Ordered to pay £25 in compensation and £30 costs.

DAVID Peter Shortland, 27, of Keats Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer carrying out their duty on May 22. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £85 costs.

LUISITO Joaquin Gonzalez, 37, of Kenilworth Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to causing harassment by sending e-mails and text messages to someone he knew he shouldn’t between December 10 and December 15, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

ABDUL Ghaffar Tarakheil, 25, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assaulting another person on June 8, 2018. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same date. Fined £60.
