NOMINATIONS close tomorrow for a new awards scheme set up to celebrate education in the Basingstoke and Deane area.
Last month, the Basingstoke Gazette Education Awards was officially launched, to celebrate and recognise those who play a part in learning across the area.
So far, more than 60 nominations for awards have come in relating to an array of schools across the borough for event which will take place at The Apollo Hotel on July 13.
Nominations for the awards can be made up until June 1.
