A YELLOW weather warning could dampen people’s plans over the upcoming bank holiday weekend.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning across Basingstoke as heavy rain is predicted.
However, despite the wet and wild weather, temperatures are still set to soar in Basingstoke and Deane.
Temperatures could peak at 24C on Saturday afternoon, with similar highs on Sunday and Monday.
Speaking about the weather on Saturday, a spokesperson for the Met Office said: "There will be cloud breaking to leave a dry, bright and warm day, with long sunny spells, although cloudier in the west with showers for a time.”
