CEHIJILIOKE Nwasike, 29, of Sarum Hill, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a KIA Carens, without the relevant insurance policy on December 3, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

JOHN Sebastian Wagstaff, 36, of Fiske Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from October 2017 to May 2018. These included stealing a Banardos charity box from an Esso petrol garage, two fragrance gift sets to the value of £268.50 from John Lewis at Home and coffee to the value of £13 from the B&M store in the Thorneycroft Industrial Estate. Sentenced to one week in jail to run concurrently and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

ZOE Lawerence, 38, of Mallory Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of rosé wine from the One Stop to the value of £13.98 on May 13, 2018. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on the same date. Further community order made and ordered to pay £75 in compensation.

LUCY Anne Prior, 29, of Mallory Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer whilst in the line of duty on March 11, 2018. Ordered to pay £150 in compensation and £75 costs.

MARTIN Robert Gardiner, 44, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing items to the value of £90 from JD Sports on March 4, 2018. Sentenced to four weeks in jail. Also pleaded guilty to stealing items to the value of £55.80 from Boots on the same date. Sentenced to a further four weeks in jail to run concurrently.

DANIEL Paul Lees, 26, of The Harrow Way, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, whilst under the influence of drugs on April 18, 2018. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and 11 months.

TERRY Vincent Moore, 30, of Falkland Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer executing their duty on April 28, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

CONNOR James Moule, 25, of Chaffinch Close, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Corsa, whilst under the influence of alcohol on April 27, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and six months.

JUSTIN Lee McCarthy, 28, of St Peter’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Fiesta, whilst under the influence of alcohol on April 30, 2018. Fined £425 and ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £105 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and two months.

LISA Anne Mullins, 33, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely May Place, on May 1, 2018. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

JAIMIE David Marks, 34, of London Road, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to stealing CK Eternity perfume to the value of £30 from Superdrug in Festival Place on April 27, 2018. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 in compensation.

IAN Christopher George, 48, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing four pieces of meat to the value of £10.96 from the B&M Store in Thorneycroft Industrial Estate on May 17, 2018. Sentenced to four weeks in jail.

TIMMY Mathewson, 21, of Schubert Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to stealing goods to the value of £23.91 from Asda in Brighton Hill on April 7, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

CHRISTINE Horsefield, 69, of Whitedown Road, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Franklin Avenue, Tadley, while under the influence of alcohol on March 10, 2018. Community order made and fined £340. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £500 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and one month.

MICHELLE Goode, 42, of Warwick Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on April 14, 2018. Fined £78 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JAKE Alexander Atkinson, 22, of St Luke’s Close, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on April 1, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting an on-duty police officer on the same date. Further community order made and ordered to pay £150 in compensation.
