ONE Basingstoke couple shared the happy day with the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Christopher Fraser-Wade and his bride Kirsty Fraser-Wade got married on the same day as the Royal couple, tying the knot at Highfield Park at 1.30pm.
The couple, who are now honeymooning in Malaysia and Borneo, have been together for around ten years.
Michelle Wade, Christopher's mum, said: "They actually had the day booked in and then Harry and Meghan announced they were having the date so it was a bit of a case 'Oh, OK then!'.
"It was a lovely, fantastic with the sunshine. They grounds at Highfield Park were so nice."
