CHRISTOPHER James Whittle, 43, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to banging on the back door of a property which meant a breach of a restraining order on April 19, 2018. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DAN Kimani, 28, of Lakeside Drive, Hook. Pleaded guilty to failing a blood test requested by the police on February 11, 2018. Fined £258 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £250 costs.

GRANT Byfield, 35, of Bay Tree Way, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to misbehaving in the Basingstoke Magistrates Court by showing disregard and disrespect on April 21, 2018. Sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

JAMES John Hickey, 34, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on April 15, 2018. Community order made, and a restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

DAMIAN Lee Bowbrick, 26, of Warwick Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to contacting someone he was prohibited from doing to as of terms of a restraining order on March 16, 2018. Fined £415 and ordered to pay £42 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DANIELLE Jadwiga Chubb, 19, of St Joseph’s Crescent, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on March 24, 2018. Ordered to pay £125 compensation and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a door, two tables and an oven which did not belong to her on the same date. Ordered to pay £720 compensation.

ANN Margaret Bradley, 71, of Elms Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Corsa, without due care and pulling into the path of a motorcycle which caused a collision with serious injuries to the rider on November 22, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

IRINEL Gabriel Ciopanoiu, 19, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to carrying a bladed article in a public place, namely Festival Place, on March 10, 2018. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

NATHAN Joshua Chestney-Stagg, 43, of Sunwood Drive, Sherfield-on-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Land Rover, in excess of the 70mph speed limit on the M3 on February 2, 2018. Fined £830 and ordered to pay £83 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

ENIAS Mubaira, 53, of Mauritius Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Galaxy, in excess of the 70mph speed limit on the M3 on November 15, 2017. Fined £550 ordered to pay £55 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

DONNA Theresa Kemp, 33, of Longacre Rise, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to stealing 10 bottles of washing machine detergent to the value of £50 from the One Stop on February 21, 2018. Sentenced to 14 days in jail and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on the same date. Sentenced to a further 14 days in jail.

BRIAN Barry John Stiles, 43, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on February 23, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

MICHAEL John Charles Martin, 60, of Queen Mary’s Avenue, Basingstoke. Found guilty of breaching a non-molestation order on December 7, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
