GARY Theodore, 48, of Forest Close, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, without the relevant insurance policy on August 24, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

CHRISTOPHER Scott Tarrant, 26, of Dryden Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 18, 2017. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail suspended for one year.

SEAN David Williams, 26, of London Road, Laverstoke. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 8, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DAVID Peter Jones, 62, of Maldive Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on February 6, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

LEE Lockett, 53, of Ravel Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, in excess of the 70mph speed limit on the A303 Longparish on August 11, 2017. Fined £274 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

SAM Alexander Myrdal, 31, of Hawksbury Drive, Reading. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford, in excess of the 30mph limit in Hartley Wintney on September 19, 2017. Fined £117 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

MARK Stewart Watson, 56, of Arcadia Close, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in excess of the 70mph speed limit on the A34 on September 7, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

HENRY James, 31, of Little Aldershot Lane, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to three counts of stealing items from Sainsbury’s, in Mulfords Hill, Tadley, between February 22, 2018 and February 27, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to five counts of stealing from Waitrose in Thatcham between March 24, 2017 and February 28, 2018. Further community order made and ordered to pay a further £200 compensation.

CHRISTOPHER Phillip Cave, 37, Lukes Close, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 8, 2017. Sentenced to six weeks in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £60 costs.

MARK Anthony John Gittos, 54, of Chaldon Green, Lychpit. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Audi, without a licence on October 25, 2016. Fined £330 and ordered to pay £108.75 in vehicle excise back duty.

REECE Peacock, 18, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an on-duty police officer on August 15, 2017. Ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

ANTHONY Frederick John Price, 55, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching the conditions of a non-molestation order on February 22, 2018. Sentenced to 14 days in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
