DANIEL Philip Berry, 34, of Sandpiper Way, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to making threatening phone calls to another person with the purpose of causing them distress or anxiety on February 4, 2018. Community and restraining order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SCOTT Thomas Geoffrey Campbell, 29, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on December 22, 2017. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £300 costs. Also pleased guilty to causing unlawful damage to the front door of a property which did not belong to him on December 16, 2017. Ordered to pay a further £100 in compensation.

DANIEL Welby, 30, of Queen Mary’s Avenue, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to three counts of stealing, including food from Sainsbury’s and Champagne from Debenhams, in Festival Place, to the value of £90 between September 6, 2017 and November 14, 2017. Sentenced to one month in jail and ordered to pay £118.90 in compensation.

MELANIE Jayne Cook, 42, of South Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to seven counts stealing items of food from shops including the One Stop Stores, Asda and Sainsbury’s between December 26, 2017 to January 28, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail.

DEAN Edward Russell Homden, 48, of Miles Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 27, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

RALPH David Massen, 33, of Borodin Close, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to sending unwanted text messages and making unwanted phone calls to a person between July 30, 2017 and August 3, 2017. Restraining order made and fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DANIEL Martin Hunt, 34, of Reynolds Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on February 4, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BOGDAN Evelin-Constanda, 27, of Evesham Walk, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor whilst using a handheld mobile phone on July 4, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

JAMES Henry Lang, 43, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on January 17, 2018. Fined £80. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 26, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

DANIEL James Yates, 32, of Carter Drive, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely an Audi, in Oarkridge Road, while under the influence of alcohol on January 29, 2018. Fined £180 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

STEPHEN Herbert Wiggins, 37, of Western Way, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class A drug, namely cocaine, on March 14, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

REMUS Finta, 42, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from Asda to the value of £195.49 on February 15, 2018. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CHARLOTTE Amy Sutton, 36, of Cleveland Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen when requested to do so on January 7, 2018. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for one year. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £120.
