EMMA Marie Williams, 32, of Basingflied Close, Old Basing. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot 206, in Winchester Road while using a handheld mobile phone on July 13, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

PHILIP Andrew Gregory, 53, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to intimidate another person and have them believe unlawful violence would be used against them on January 20, 2018. Sentenced to two weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

DARREN Melville Dale, 26, of Bromelia Close, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to four counts of assault by beating on December 17, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

PAWEL Golebiewski, 44, of Chapel Hill, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing clothes from another person on October 31, 2017. Fined £185 and ordered to pay £340 in compensation and £85 costs.

LUKE Vernon Rose, 24, of Bennett Close, Oakridge. Found guilty of assault be beating on July 20, 2017. Community order and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £600 costs.

HARRISON Shields, 34, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 1, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CHARLIE Bell, 34, of Cumberland Avenue, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating on November 9, 2017. Community order and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SHERIENA Ashby, 45, of Sandy Lane, Hartley Wintney. Guilty verdict provided in her absence for dropping a cigarette butt in Fleet Road on May 10, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £155 costs.

WADE Alfred Campbell, 25, of Harness Court, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Suzuki index, while travelling at excess speed on the wrong side of the road on August 10, 2017. Community order made and ordered £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

DIMITRIJS Romanuks, 32, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 11, 2018. Community order made and ordered to pay £75 compensation.
