CRAIG Boyle, 45, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language towards another person whereby it was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on November 20, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on the same date. Further community order made and ordered to pay £25 compensation.

STEVEN Darren Paul Storer, 39, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating on November 20, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

KEVIN Lee Knight, 26, of Holbein Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 27, 2017. Sentenced to 19 weeks in jail. Also pleaded guilty to having a bladed object, namely an orange kitchen knife, in public on the same date. Sentenced to 21 weeks in jail to run concurrently and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

MARC Lawrence Roby Bone, 29, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on January 13, 2018. Sentenced to four months in jail.

WAYNE Anthony Yeoman, 48, of Castle Road, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language towards another person whereby it was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on December 21, 2017. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Rainbow, 28, of Kenilworth Road, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a security camera belonging to the Academy Snooker Club, in West Ham Lane on December 17, 2017. Ordered to pay £300 compensation.

ANTHONY Burford, 19, of Camlea Close, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, in Oakridge Road while under the influence of alcohol on December 31, 2017. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

MARK Allan Corline, 33, of Moat Close, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Moat Close while under the influence of alcohol on January 2, 2018. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

JUAN Antonio Lopez-Romero, 41, of Stubbs Road, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in Buckskin Lane while using a handheld mobile phone on April 12, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

TRACY Joanne Donnelly, 43, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing a jacket from the Super Dry, in Festival Place, to the value of £84.99 and Calvin Klein perfume from the Perfume Shop, in Festival Place, to the value of £29 on January 14, 2018. Sentenced to 28 days in jail.

GLENN John Pierre Goddard, 32, of Schubert Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to damaging a garden fence which did not belong to him. Sentenced to 28 days in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £200 in compensation.

RICHARD Fraser, 38, of Dogmersfield, Hook. Pleaded guilty to damaging a wheel clamp to the value of £205 on June 12, 2017. Fined £867 and ordered to pay £259 in compensation. Also ordered to pay £86 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BARRY Alan White, 67, of Morley Road, Cranbourne. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Nissan Qashqai, in Hatch Warren Lane while under the influence of alcohol on September 27, 2017. Fined £162 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and seven months. Also pleaded guilty to two further counts of driving without due care and attention on the same date. Fined a further £362.

DARREN Leslie Phillips, 39, of Bach Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to trespassing in a staff only area of the Apollo Hotel on August 28, 2017. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to damaging a lock to the value of between £300 - £400 belonging to the Apollo Hotel on the same date. Ordered to pay £300 in compensation.
