One thing that has changed is Basingstoke and Deane. The town has grown, with more houses popping up across the borough and changes to infrastructure, there is a different look to the town.
As the revolutionary tool Google Maps celebrates 10 years since its launch, a time lapse tool allows users to travel back in time to see how certain landmarks looked a decade ago.
The Gazette has used this tool to take a look at some of the dramatic changes across Basingstoke and Deane.
