Sentenced to 16 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six points. Also pleaded guilty to driving the same motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy. Driving licence endorsed further.

FLORIN Ragebeja, 21, of Sinclair Drive, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Mondeo, without the relevant insurance policy on May 25, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

IAN Christopher George, 48, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to harassing and causing distress to another person on November 30, 2017. Sentenced to 16 weeks in jail. Also pleaded guilty to causing fear of violence to another person on at least two occasions on the same date. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

SALVATORE Cappadoro, 31, of Sinclair Road, South Kensington. Guilty verdict passed in his absence for driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen Golf, on the M3 exceeding the 70mph speed limit on June 13, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.Driving licence endorsed with six points. Also found guilty of driving the same motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined £660.

STEVEN Jackson, 59, of Drake Close, New Milton. Found guilty of assault by beating someone at Basingstoke hospital on June 27, 2017. Sentenced to 26 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

LAURA Chandler, 33, Sunwood Drive, Sherfieldon-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Citroen, in excess of a 30mph speed limit in Great Binfields Road, Chineham on January 10, 2017. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

AMY Charlie Burgess, 21, of Guildford Road, Ash. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating in Basingstoke on June 16, 2017. Ordered to pay £195 compensation.
