BUSINESS-minded students have proved their entrepreneurial talents in a competition to set up a successful company.

Students from five schools across North Hampshire set up stall in the Malls on Saturday, 18 November selling and showcasing products they created.

The event is part of the Young Enterprise challenge, which helps young people develop confidence and skills to succeed in their future career of choice.

The enterprise makes the connection between school and the world of work, enabling young people to develop the knowledge and attitudes they need to succeed, building on eight key skills.

Shoppers in the Malls saw the different ideas the students came up with, from unique crafted Christmas gifts to hand crafted photo frames.
