MATTHEW James Pepper, 47, of Hares Lane, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A30 whilst under the influence of alcohol on October 13, 2017. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

MELANIE Jayne Cook, 42, of South Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to stealing pet food to the value of £60 from the One Stop on October 19, 2017. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on November 7, 2017. Fined £80.

KYE Reynolds, 32, Melrose Walk, Popley. Pleaded guilty to stealing clothes from TK Maxx, in Festival Place on August 24, 2017. Fined £116 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW James Barton, 49, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to begging in Wote Street, on August 18, 2017. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

ROWENA Jane Smith, 32, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing a clutch handbag on June 25, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

LUKE Richard Gallagher, 31, of Bolton Crescent, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to stealing goods to the value of £740 from Tesco on June 25, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £740 compensation and £85 costs .

DANNY Lee Goodall, 37, of Berwyn Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on September 20, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

DARREN Lynch, 56, of Mourne Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to sending indecent or grossly offensive e-mails to several recipients including the prime minister on November 1, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER Phillip Cave, 37, of St Lukes Close, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of red wine to the value of £7.98 from Bargain Homestores, in Old Winchester Road on September 8, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £3.99 in compensation and £25 costs.

AIDEN James Riley, 28, of Stag Hill, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to entering a property which he was prohibited from doing by a nonmolestation order made on August 22, 2017. Sentenced to 18 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damaged to a property which is not his and making excessive phone calls and sending multiple threatening texts to a person on the same date. Sentenced to a further nine weeks in prison to run consecutively.

BARRY Richard Wildash, 44, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing clothes to the value of £119.98 from TK Maxx, in Festival Place on November 17, 2017. Sentenced to two weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
