A WHITCHURCH woman has lost some of her locks to raise money for charity.
Nikki Bond, who works at the White Hart pub in Whitchurch, had 18 inches of her hair cut off for the benefit of the Little Princess’s Trust on November 14 at Arc hairdressers, .
Rather than see the hair go to waste with a normal haircut, Nikki decided to raise money for the charity and donate her hair as well. So far, Nikki has smashed her original target of £110, raising £790.
The Little Princess Trust is a charity that makes and uses real hair and helps to fund wigs made of real hair to children who have lost their own hair as a result of cancer treatment.
To help Nikki raise more, visit her JustGiving page at justgiving.com/fundraising/nikkibond12inchhairplait or fill out one of the forms at the White Hart.
