JAMES Christopher Whiteway, 20, of Bond Close, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volkswagen, without the proper identification on June 20, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

ASHLEY Martin Charles Berridge, 32, of Selby Walk, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Seat Leon, in Abbey Road, Popley, whilst disqualified from driving on July 18, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

PETER Michael Cox, 45, of Reading Road, Sherfield-on-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to phoning someone he was ordered not to do so by a non-molestation order on October 17,2017. Fined £310 and ordered to pay £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ABIGAIL Louise Forder, 21, of Wellington Terrace, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to stealing a push bike which did not belong to her on August 24, 2017. Ordered to pay £140 compensation and £20 costs.

JACK Thomas Edmondson, 20, Burney Pit, Pamber Heath. Pleaded guilty to causing damage to the value of £160 to a Volkswagen Golf which did not belong to him on October 26, 2017. Ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to causing unlawful damage to a potted plant to the value of £45 on November 4, 2017. Ordered to pay £60 compensation.

THOMAS Edward Packard, 31, of Lakelands, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault Vivaro, in Timberlake Road, Brookvale whilst using a hand-held mobile phone on May 16, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MARK Christopher Garth, 49, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to committing fraud and using stolen debit cards on October 24, 2017. Sentenced to two months in prison, suspended for one year and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

PHILIP Raymond Simpson, 31, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing perfume to the value of £347 from Debenhams in Festival Place on November 7, 2017. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for one year and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

SYPHAX Bouamara, 26, of Canadian Way, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A287 whilst under the influence of alcohol on October 17, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year. Also pleaded guilty to driving without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined £120.

SIMON James Enticknap, 30, of Vyne Meadow, Sherborne St John. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, in excess of a 40mph speed limit. Fined £800 and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

ELEISHA Rose May Horne, 18, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using threatening abusive or insulting words with the intention to cause harassment to another person on September 25, 2017. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

ELEANOR Kendall, 38, Charter Alley, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to dishonestly claiming income support on September 2, 2015. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for one year and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

DEREK Norman Oram, 75, of Laverstoke Lane, Laverstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 9, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and five months.

DEAN Francis Bennett, 48, of Park Prewett Road, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to stealing a charity collection box containing approximately £8 on August 4, 2017. Sentenced to 20 days in prison and ordered to pay £8 compensation.
