A DANCE school has handed over the fruits of its fundraising.
The David Smith Dance School has raised £250 this year for the Chineham Village Hall Fund and on Monday, 7 November, at the school’s weekly tea dance, a cheque was presented by Mr Smith to the chairman of the village hall Les Fryer.
Mr Fryer gave a speech and thanked Mr Smith and all of the dancers for their donation and their ongoing support to the hall and its facilities.
Mr Smith holds regular social dances in ballroom, Latin and popular sequence at the village hall, in Thornhill Way, with Monday tea dances from 2-4pm and Friday social dances from 8-9.30pm
