MICHAEL John Birch, 67, of Charledown Close, Overton.

Pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oakley on October 13, 2017. He was banned from driving for 40 months and a community order was also imposed. He was also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MATHEW David Thomas Barnes, 23, Aldworth Crescent, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to damaging a residential door, of unknown value, in Basingstoke on May 26, 2017. He was ordered to pay £250 compensation.

Also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

LEWIS Shaun Hoare, 22, of Wickham Place, Church Crookham. Pleaded guilty to using using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent in Basingstoke on October 2, 2017. Also pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty, in Basingstoke, on October 2, 2017.

He was ordered to undertake 200 hours of unpaid work in total for both offences. He was also ordered to pay £75 compensation and £85 costs.

MARIA Taylorson, 35, of Knight Street, Basingstoke.

Pleaded guilty to the theft of items, to the value of £171.19, belonging to Morrisons, in Basingstoke, on August 10, 2017. She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

JUSTIN John King St-Pierre, 32, of Attlingworth Street, Brighton. Pleaded guilty to the theft of two North Face jackets, to the value of £500, belonging to Blacks in Basingstoke, on October 10, 2017. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

LILJAN Syla, 22, of HMP Winchester, Romsey Road, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of drugs on the M3 at Basingstoke, on August 31, 2017. He was banned from driving for 17 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

REBEKAH Rose Mary Gillespie, 23, of Elderberry Bank, Lychpit. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty in Kingsclere, on April 6, 2017. She was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

BRADLEY Louis Michael McGlynn, 19, of Old Worthing Road, Basingstoke.

Pleaded guilty to without reasonable excuse contacting emergency services when it was not a genuine emergency which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order, in Winchfield, on September 3, 2017.

He was committed to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

CRISTIAN Parvana, 24, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to theft of items to the value of £42.97, belonging to Sports Direct, in Basingstoke, on November 5, 2017. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

CHLOE Glaysher, 18, of Edgehill Close, Basingstoke.

Pleaded guilty to theft of a bottle of Valentino perfume, to the value of £65, belonging to Debenhams, in Basingstoke, on August 4, 2017. She was fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
