A PROPERTY developer group has been celebrating National Customer Service Week including at its southern counties head office in Basingstoke.

Redrow took part in the National Customer Service Week which was held between October 3 and October 7 with each of the business’ 14 divisions holding events to highlight the importance of customer service.

Over the course of the campaign, staff at Redrow sites took part in customer community events, as well as engagement sessions with working partners about the importance of great customer service to businesses.

Helen Morley, head of customer service at Redrow Southern Counties, said: “For our customers our unique selling point is the service they receive from us.

“Customer satisfaction lies at the heart of everything that we do and we are delighted to be participating in Customer Service Week for the second year running.

“This week is not only an opportunity for us to highlight customer services, but to pause and think about what else we could do to improve the experience of our customers when they come to purchase a home with us.

“We want customers to feel that they have a genuine relationship with Redrow and for the process of moving in to their brand new homes to be as quick, easy and stress-free as possible.”
