MATTHEW Paul Evans, 30, of Pennys Watch, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on September 13, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

JACK Curtis Crombie, 21, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a property which did not belong to him on September 9, 2017. Ordered to pay £100 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to sending text messages of an indecent or grossly offensive nature causing distress to another person on the same date. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

ROBERT James McKay, 33, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a supervision order imposed following release from a period in jail. Community order made.

JULIAN Roland Raisey, 50, of Silchester Road, Pamber Heath. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on September 9, 2017. Community and restraining order made and ordered to pay £1,000 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DEAN Nathan Berry, 29, of O’Bee Gardens, Baughurst. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to two windows and a door of a property which did not belong to him to the value of £5,000 on September 17 2017. Restraining order made and ordered to pay £325 compensation and ordered to pay £85 costs.

BAANJI Mapenzi Muteto, 24, of Waterloo Avenue, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Kia Rio, on the M3 whilst under the influence of alcohol on September 16, 2017. Fined £253 and order to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

MICHAEL Smith, 59, of Abbey Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall, in Borodin Close, Hatch Warren whilst under the influence of alcohol on August 20, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and one month.

KAREN Ann Elizabeth Mallion, 39, of Browning Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to failing to supply a specimen of breath when instructed to without reasonable excuse on July 24, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

STEVEN Nicholson, 36, of Richards Field, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Richards Field, Chineham whilst under the influence of alcohol on September 14, 2017. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

ALIN-MARIAN Predi, 39, School Close, Buckskin.Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Citroen Index, whilst using a hand-held mobile phone on March 27, 2017. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

RHYS John Norman, 23, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching supervision requirements following a period in jail on August 30, 2017. Sentenced to 14 days in jail.

LIVIU Stoica, 65, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to attempting to steal a jacket to the value of £20 from Superdry on October 5, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

STEVEN James Carver, 35, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing six tubs of washing powder to the value of £24 from Tesco on August 15, 2017. Ordered to pay £24 compensation and £30 victim surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on the same date. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £35 costs. Also pleaded guilty to using abusive and threating language with the intention to cause unlawful violence. Fined £120.

PAUL David Houston, 40, of Fairfields Road, Eastrop. Found guilty to resisting a police officer in the line of duty on July 20, 2017. Fined £375 and ordered to pay £37 victim surcharge and £650 costs.
