The event has been organised by The Gazette in association with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.

The fair will feature exhibitors, free seminars and one-to-one advice clinics for visitors.

Bill Browne, publisher of The Gazette, said: “The fair aims to provide a valuable link between employers and employees.

“It will be a great opportunity for those either looking to get on the job ladder, change their job or have a change in their career.

“And it is especially aimed at young people who are may be coming up to finishing their college or university courses.

“This is an ideal opportunity to find out what sort of companies we have locally and what opportunities there are – all in one place. Jobseekers will have a chance to meet people from different companies and find out what they do and offer.

“Furthermore, businesses can meet prospective employees face-to-face before the interview stage and it’s a good platform to gain publicity for their products as well as career opportunities.”
