THOMAS Leon Fenton, 19, of Browns Close, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly in Market Place, Basingstoke on September 2, 2017. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting a police officer in the line of duty on the same date. Fined £450 and ordered to pay £25 compensation.

ADAM Richard Francis, 27, of Freefolk, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully being in possession of a bladed object, namely a Stanley knife on August 31, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SHARON Paulette Holden, 47, of Elizabeth Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to appearing drunk and disorderly in New Street, Eastrop on August 31, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

LUKE Samuel Balcer, 23, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to the value of £300 to a motor vehicle which did not belong to him on September 3, 2017. Ordered to pay £300 compensation.

BARRY Richard Wildash, 44, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing items to the value of £108.97 from TK Maxx. Sentenced to 18 weeks in jail, suspended for one year and six months. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

MAHER Regaieg, 45, of Sark Way, Basingstoke. Found guilty of driving a motor vehicle, namely a Audi, while using a handheld mobile phone on April 12, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £220 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

GREGORY Vincent Roper, 35, of Highdowns, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to driving an unlicensed a motor vehicle, namely a Ford, in Basingstoke Road on February 16, 2017. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

MATTHEW Bywaters, 47, of Cumberland Avenue, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, in Hatch Warren Lane in excess of the 30mph speed limit on May 8, 2017. Fined £375 and ordered to pay £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs. SERENA WAISSEN, 40, of Merton Rise, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault Scenic, on the M3 while under the influence of alcohol on August 31, 2017. Fined £128 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and five months.

FRASER Charlie Williams, 23, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing three handbags to the value of £300 from TK Maxx on September 21, 2017. Sentenced to four weeks in jail and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

AARON Smith, 18, of Raphael Close, Black Dam. Found guilty of non-payment of a £200 fine imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates Court on May 26, 2017. Sentenced to seven days in jail in default of payment.

ADAM Neal Day, 34, of Belmont Heights, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to gaining unlawful access to a property which did no belong to him with the intention of causing damage to the property on September 1, 2017. Fined £365 and ordered to pay £36 victim surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER John Matthews, 34, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, and damaging various garden ornaments to the value of under £5,000. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
