JONATHAN Richard Lucas, 23, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing a police officer from carrying out his duty and resisting arrest on June 18, 2017. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DANIEL Phillip Christopher Scholes, 28, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to sending text messages which conveyed threatening behaviour on September 3, 2017. Community order made and a restraining order put in place and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ROGER Jonathan Holt, 75, of Stoke Road, Saint Mary Bourne. Pleaded guilty to failing to take a breathalyser test when requested to by an officer on August 6, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and four months.

ZOE Lawrence, 37, of Mallory Road, Popley. Admitted to breaching the conditions of her curfew implemented by Basingstoke Magistrates Court on August 24, 2017. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

JUSTIN Anthony Needham, 43, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Sainfoin Lane, Oakley, while under the influence of alcohol on July 21, 2017. Community order made, fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

KAYLEIGH Joyce Black, 27, of Oceana Crescent, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Shakespeare Road, Popley, while under the influence of alcohol. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and two months.

TOMMY Robert Puddle, 32, of Allington Rise, Sherfieldon-Lodden. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Combo, in Timberlake Road, Eastrop, while using a hand-help mobile phone on March 1, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. COSTEL-RAZVAN Roua, 21, of School Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Mondeo, without the relevant insurance policy on March 12, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.
