LLOYD Nathan Saunders, 36, of Bennet Close, South View. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Coleman Close, South View, without due care and attention on 18 April, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Coleman Close, South View without the correct driving licence. Fined £40.

TRACY Joanne Donnelly, 43, of May Place, Basingstoke. Breached the conditions of a supervision order by missing appointments between 14 June 14 and 7 July 2017. Further supervision order made and ordered to pay £40 costs.

JAMES Gerard Delany, 28, of London Street, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot Index, without due care and attention whereby the windscreen on his vehicle being covered in ice and condensation he failed to see a pedestrian on a zebra crossing in Newbury Road on 24 February, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £330 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

TIMOTHY Sawyer, 37, of Sandys Road, South Ham. Found guilty of assault by beating on 26 February, 2017. Community order made and restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

NASHINGTON Daley, 18, of Candover Court, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to threatening violence towards another person on 25 May, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

KASEY Wayne Rolfe, 36, of St Johns Close, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to stealing items of clothing from TK Maxx to the value of £77.94 on 30 July, 2017. Sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. Also admitted to breaking the conditions of a supervision order by failing to attend appointments on 28 June, 12 July and 1 August, 2017. Committed to a further 14 days in jail.

JAMES Robert White, 25, of Pelican Road, Pamber Heath. Pleaded guilty of assault by beating on 30 April, 2017. Community order made and fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

BRADLEY Louis Michael McGlynn, 19, of Purbrook Way, Havant. Pleaded guilty to contacting the emergency service in Basingstoke when there was no real emergency on 25 August, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

DANIEL McCann, 41, of Queens Road, Basildon. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the M3 near Hook, whilst under the influence of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on 18 June, 2017. Fined £354 and ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

JAMES Robert Sharp, 27, of Rogers Road, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Audi, in excess of the 70pm speed limit on the M3 near Basingstoke on 13 March. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge an d £85 costs.
