SAMUEL Tony James Whittick, 21, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 12, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to sending texts and making phone calls to a person he was not prohibited to do so on the same date. Restraining order made and fined £165.

OTTO Marcus Bingeris, 50, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to breaching the conditions of a restraining order on August 20, 2017. Sentenced to seven days in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

LEE Warren Macey, 56, of May Place, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to stealing goods to the value of £46.26 from Morrisons in Worting Road, on July 23, 2017. Fined £20 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

LUKE Benjamin Evans, 21, of Penwood, Highclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, on the A34 Newbury Bypass, while under the influence of alcohol on August 8, 2017. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and five months.

AMBER Louise Jacobs, 26, of St John Close, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Reading Road, Chineham, while under the influence of alcohol on August 3, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and 340 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and 10 months.

SARAH Jayne Ratcliff, 35, of Paddock Road, South Ham. Failure to pay a fine of £97.52 imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates Court on October 30, 2015. Sentenced to jail for seven days.

FRANK Jnr Johnson, 29, of Judd Mews, Hartley Wintney. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault, in Hawley Lane, Farnborough without having proper control of the vehicle, on March 3, 2017. Fined £180 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

JOAQUIM Ferreira Nunes Jose, 47, of Malta Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Mondeo, In Malta Close, Popley, without the relevant insurance policy on February 12, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

BRADLEY Louis Michael McGlynn, 19, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to using the tannoy system in The Malls, to send false messages causing annoyance and anxiety to others on August 22, 2017. Community order made and a restraining order made. Ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

THOMAS Farry, 48, Sarum Hill, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Focus, in Rayleigh Road, Eastrop, while under the influence of drugs on April 25, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

NATHAN Anthony Grady, 25, of Foxdown, Overton. Pleaded guilty to leaving a restaurant without payment of food and drinks to the value of £127.65 on March 19, 2017. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £127.65 in compensation and £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ZOE Lawrence, 37, of Mallory Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of Ameretto, four air fresheners and a can of Special Brew from Tesco to the value of £71.60. Community order made.

JACK Croucher, 20, of Chivers Close, South Ham. Found guilty of dropping litter in a public area on April 12, 2017. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

STEPHEN Gromowski-Cook, 64, of South Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle along the A339 while under the influence of drugs, namely cocaine, on February 1, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £185 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and eight months.

ROBERT Paul Romaine, 49, of Penrith Road, Brookvale. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 11, 2017. Sentenced to four weeks in jail. Also pleaded guilty to stealing food and drink to the value of £9.50 from Morrisons on the same date. Sentenced to a further four weeks in jail to run concurrently. Also pleaded guilty to breaching the conditions of a restraining order on August 24, 2017. Sentenced to a further four weeks in jail with an overall sentence of 12 weeks in jail, fined £115.
