SARAH Jayne Ratcliff, 35, of Western Way, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to stealing items from the BP garage, in Grove Road, including apple juice, rib eye steaks and granola to the value of £38.27 on June 18, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £38.27 in compensation.

ALAN Stuart Brian, 31, of Lundy Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra on the M3 without the correct insurance policy on January 6, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points. Also pleaded guilty to driving without the proper driver’s licence on the same date. Fined £220.

MICHAEL John Dicker, 50, of Aurora Drive, Beggarwood. Pleaded guilty to driving a Ford, in excess of a 30mph in a controlled zone on December 13, 2016. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

RICHARD Keith Morton, 23, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to a shop door to the value of £5,000 on September 14, 2016. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis on the same date. Fined £80.

DONNA Michelle Dewey, Chivers Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to failing to inform the Department for Work and Pensions to a change of circumstances between February 14, 2015 and December 2, 2012. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

JEFFREY Quirk, 70, of Wildmoor Lane, Sherfieldon-Loddon. Pleaded guilty to failing to inform Department for Work and Pensions to a change of circumstances to the entitlement of pension credits between April 26, 2014 and April 24, 2015. Fined £830, ordered to pay £83 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

CAMILLA Mary Barnaby, 42, of Farleigh Road, Farleigh Wallop. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language with the intent to harm another person on June 5, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to a second count of using threatening and abusive language with the intent to harm another person on the same date. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

ALLAN Andrewatha, 36, of Spindle Close, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a VW Jetta on the A339 whilst under the influence of alcohol on June 2, 2017. Community order made, ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 26 months.

ALEXANDER Paul Kane, 35, of Cowslip Bank, Lychpit. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Glastonbury Close, Popley, whilst under the influence of drugs, namely cannabis on April 5, 2017. Fined £614 and ordered to pay £61 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

ROBERT Keith Tarrant, 29, of Abbey Road, Popley. Found guilty of driving a Ford Escort, in Mallory Road, without the correct insurance policy on October 15, 2016. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed.
