JOSEPH Michael Doran, 18, of Abbey Road, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Popley Way, Popley whilst under the influence of drugs, namely cannabis, on April 2, 2017. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

GLENN John Pierre Goddard, 31, of Schubert Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis on May 28, 2017. Fined £186 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to two counts of being drunk in a public place, namely Brighton Hill Centre on the same date. Fined £326. And pleaded guilty to using abusive and threatening language towards another person on the same date. Fined £140.

PETER Keen, 56, of Winklebury Way, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an officer on May 29, 2017. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

DAVID Hall, 34, of Woburn Gardens, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, in Kings Road, South Ham, whilst under the influence of drugs, namely cannabis, on March 24, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

DAVID Alan Jones, 36, of Elgar Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 4, 2016. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

PETER David Clarke, 33, of Bennet Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis on April 28, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

JAMIE Naylor Hughes, 32, of Salmons Road, Odiham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Hook Road, whilst under the influence of alcohol on May 21, 2017. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and eight months.

DANIEL Adam Mooney, 27, of Lancaster Road, South View. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Winklebury Way, whilst under the influence of alcohol on May 19, 2017. Fined £230 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

DEAN Francis Bennett, 47, of Mullins Close, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to stealing products to the value of £60.62 from the BP Garage, in Grove Road, Black Dam on March 16, 2017. Sentenced to 14 days in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £60.62 in compensation and £115 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

FREDERICK Thomas Wallduck, 74, of Munnings Close, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to speaking to a woman in a sexual manner causing her harassment, alarm and distress on May 23, 2017. Sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for two years. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £20 costs.
