HAMPSHIRE residents are being warned about air quality in the county today.
AirAlert, a system set up to monitor pollution, says that there is currently a high pollution alert in Hampshire.
The alert is in place until midnight and includes warnings of high ozone and 'particulates' in the air.
A statement says: "The air will start the day coming in off Holland and Belgium before swinging south and end the day coming from southern France.
"This will bring with it both an influx of particulate and also precursors for ozone generation in the strong sunlight.
"Ozone levels will last well into the night."
