POWER tools and machinery have been stolen from a farm in Hartley Wintney, close to the A30.
Between the hours of 6pm on Monday June 12 and 7am June 13, several power tools and items of machinery were stolen from storage containers in the farmyard.
The items that were taken included a number of Stihl chainsaws, a Rayco Stump Grinder and a wood chipper.
The advice that the police give in securing an outbuilding or shed is: secure them with locks/padlocks when they are unattended, consider the use of a shed alarm, CCTV, or alarmed padlock.
