GLENN John Pierre Goddard, 31, of Schubert Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with the intent to harass another person on April 1, 2017. Fined £93. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis on March 31, 2017. Fined £93 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER Hayden, 54, of Gershwin Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 207 in Gershwin Road whilst under the influence of alcohol on March 31, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and one month.

ALEXANDRA Charlotte Gibson, 38, of St Michael’s Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £16.68 from Marks & Spencer on March 22, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £16.68 in compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

YVONNE Olive Heffer, 57, of Camrose Way, Brookvale. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Hackwood Road whilst under the influence of alcohol on April 1, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.

ADAM Charles Reginald Neale, 37, of Attwood Close, Kings Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £197 from Morrison’s on February 8, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harm on the same day. Community order made.

MARCEL Balazs, 39, of Shalford Hill, Aldermaston. Caught driving a Ford Mondeo whilst using a handheld mobile phone in High Street, Hartley Wintney on October 12, 2017. Fined £146 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also received three points on his licence.

PHILIP Raymond Simpson, 30, no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to six different counts of spanning a period of April 13 to April 21, 2017. Items stolen included eight Gilette items and a bottle of Lynx worth £180 from Wilko, £666 worth of Models Own make-up and £262 worth of perfume from Boots. For each count was sentenced to four weeks in prison to run consecutively and ordered to pay £1,182.21 in compensation.

SIMON Dean Andrews, 46, of Wagner Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle whilst under the influence of drugs on February 23, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot Partner Van, in Basing Road on the same day whilst disqualified from holding a licence and driving without insurance.

MARIUSZ Mucha, 46, of Scott Close, Hook. Found guilty of two charges of assault on November 5, 2016. Fined £700 and ordered to pay £175 in compensation and £35 victim surcharge and £775 costs. Also found guilty of being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis. Fined £350.
