SHANE Corbett, 27, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order on March 24, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge.

PHILIP George Christopher Anderson, 28, of Cowslad Drive, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the speed limit on the M3 in a Vauxhall Corsa on October 22, 2016. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also received three points on his driving licence.

KEVIN Michael Scott, 37, of Normanton Road, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to a property in Ballard Close, Buckskin, on March 3, 2017. Fined £330 and ordered to pay £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ANDREW Young, 41, of Kingsley Park, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Kinsley Park while under the influence of alcohol on January 26, 2017. Fined £800 and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

GORDON Phillip McGrath, 36, of May Place Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to four windows of the May Place Hostel on February 22, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

TERRY John Bolton, 36, of Attwood Close, Brookvale. Admitted to breaching his supervision requirements imposed by the courts on March 29, 2017. Fined £50.

THOMAS Adams, 20, of Barron Place, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on March 5, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing damage to a laptop, phone and hallway of a property which did not belong to him on March 5, 2017. Restraining order made and fined £145 and ordered to pay £155 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to a separate charge of causing unlawful damage to a mobile phone not belonging to him on March 7, 2017. Ordered to pay £95 compensation.

JOSHUA David Green, 28, of Western Way, South Ham. Admitted to breaching his supervision requirements imposed by the courts on February 1, February 7 and February 13, 2017. Committed to prison for 14 days.

JAMES Richard Baxter, 25, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a picture frame which did not belong to him and being in possession of a quantity of cannabis. Committed to six weeks in prison suspended for a year.

MARC Gary James Young, 30, of Mount Pleasant, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 28, 2016. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £25 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
