A BASINGSTOKE man has been injured after his car crashed into a tree in Winchfield.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a black Ford Focus, being driven northbound on the B3016 Odiham Road, left the carriageway and crashed into a tree, at approximately 10.40am on Friday, October 14.
The driver, a 45-year-old man from Basingstoke, received back and facial injuries and was taken to Basingstoke hospital for treatment.
Police are looking to speak to anyone with information about the incident, in particular the occupants of a dark metallic blue Ford Transit van which was seen being driven southbound on Odiham Road.
Hampshire Constabulary are urging anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them on 101, quoting 44160388292.
