SUNFLOWERS, nuns and politicians were just some of the crazy outfits on show as teams raced around a village in wheelbarrows.
The popular Overton Wheelbarrow Race saw dozens of teams in fancy dress push each other in wheelbarrows around the village pubs.
Competitors stopped at each drinking establishment to down half-a-pint of beer, before finishing the race at Overton Recreation Centre.
There were some impressive costumes on show, including characters from The Wizard of Oz and there was even a man dressed as Snow White, as crowds lined the streets to watch the teams compete.
