A MAN had to be cut free from his vehicle after a collision on the B3051. 

Firefighters were called to the incident at 12.56pm yesterday after two vans had collided on the road near Knowle Hill, Kingsclere. 

Pumps from Tadley and Basingstoke attended the wreckage, where one male driver was cut free from his vehicle and taken to Basingstoke hospital to check his injuries. 

The other motorist was treated at the scene by South Central Ambulance Service for minor injuries.
