Morris men appeal for new members
THE Hook Eagle Morris Men are appealing for new members to join the club ahead of its 25th birthday next year.
An open evening, complete with free beer, will be held at Elizabeth Hall, in Raven Road, this Friday for anyone wanting to go along and give Morris dancing a try.
The next year promises to be an epic time for the group of dancers with planned events including a Morris Dancing birthday extravaganza on St George’s Day and a weekend in Belgium featuring a Trappist Brewery.
