A USED book sale is set to pull in the pounds for a community library in Kingsclere.
Since April Kingsclere Community Library, in George Street, has been run by more than 50 volunteers to keep the library open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and all expenses and running costs are raised by the community.
To raise extra funds, a used book sale will be held at the library from 10am to 3pm on October 17. Call 03005 551387.
