HOOK Eagle Morris Men are having a taster session at the Elizabeth Hall at 8pm on Friday.
Morris dancing is a great way to make new friends while performing traditional dances at pubs, fetes and festivals.

JIGSAW puzzle mania: Takes place at St John’s Church on Friday, 11am-7pm, and Saturday, 10am-4pm. A wide selection of jigsaw puzzles have already been assembled for display and there will be a puzzle sale, children’s area and adult’s quiz, all in aid of developing St John’s as a church centre with a pastoral care group and dropin toddler and craft groups.
HOOK Book Club: Due to a good response, this group will be starting at the community centre on November 3, with meetings on the first Tuesday of every month. Members receive a discount card for refreshments from Hartletts Café on club nights. To register call 764000.
