TWELVE new homes could be built in Old Basing if Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council give the go-ahead to the scheme.
Dr H Freeman has applied to the borough council for permission to demolish two houses at Pyotts House, in Pyotts Hill, Old Basing, as well as a swimming pool and tennis court, and replace them with 12 new homes.
If approved, the applicant plans to build one one-bedroom house, two two-bedroom homes, two three-bedroom homes and seven four-bedroom homes, as well as providing 36 car parking spaces.
A decision is expected by September 28.
