Poppins Restaurant, in Market Place
FOUR new flats could be built above a top of the town restaurant if plans are approved by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
The Berkshire Group has applied to the borough council for permission to change the use of the second floor above Poppins Restaurant, in Market Place.
If the plan is approved, four new one-bedroom flats will be created.
The application says: “The site is within a town centre location and therefore within a very short walking distance of a myriad of shops and other services within Basingstoke town centre.”
