Plan submitted to build five new homes in Overton
FIVE new homes could be built in Overton if plans are given the go-ahead by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
Creative Land and Property Limited has applied for permission to build three three-bedroom homes, one one-bedroom flat and one two-bedroom flat on land at Lion Close, as well as eight parking spaces.
The application says: “The proposal is of a small-scale nature, it is located within the built-up area and will make a contribution towards addressing the council’s shortfall in the five year housing land supply.”
A decision on the application is expected by August 26.
