Scarecrow Festival to be held in Overton once more
MORE than 400 scarecrows are expected to be positioned in Overton this week in the lead up to an annual festival.
The village’s Scarecrow Festival will take place from Friday, July 10 to Sunday, July 12.
The fancy dress wheelbarrow race will take place on the Friday at 7.30pm.
Members of Overton Photographic Club will display their work at Overton Recreation Ground, in Bridge Street, as part of the festival.
